About the Role

Ready to take your leadership to the next level? As a Senior Team Lead, you'll get hands-on experience that prepares you for a future Management role at Fleet Farm. You'll lead daily store operations, oversee the seasonal area, support your team, and create a Best-in-Class customer experience. Working alongside Management, you'll build your skills in leading people, making decisions, solving problems, and running the business. This is your opportunity to take on more responsibility, grow your confidence, and build the leadership experience needed to take the next step into Management.

Senior Team Lead — What You'll Do

• Lead the team: Coach, train, motivate, and recognize Team Members.
• Lead the store: Serve as Manager on Duty and help oversee daily operations.
• Build leadership skills: Work alongside Management and learn the business.
• Prepare for management: Gain hands-on experience to help you grow into a future management role.
• Make decisions: Take ownership, solve problems, and keep the store running smoothly.
• Support customers: Handle concerns and create a great customer experience.
• Set the example: Lead with a strong work ethic and Fleet Farm's Midwestern Grit.
• Drive results: Keep the store stocked, organized, clean, and customer ready.
• Support sales: Promote Fleet Rewards and help drive sales growth.
• Keep the team safe: Reinforce safe work practices and support Loss Prevention.
• Jump in and help: Support your team wherever you're needed to get the job done.

Job Requirements and Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ready to grow into a future management role
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
