Responsible for safely moving pipe, downhole mud motor components, and related materials throughout the facility using sit-down forklifts and overhead cranes. Supports production and warehouse operations by loading, unloading, transporting, and staging materials while following all safety and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operate sit-down forklifts and overhead cranes to transport pipe, tools, and equipment.
Load, unload, and stage materials for production, shipping, and receiving activities.
Move downhole mud motor components between work areas, storage locations, and production lines.
Verify material identification, quantities, and condition before transport.
Safely secure and handle loads to prevent damage during movement and storage.
Maintain organized inventory and storage areas to support efficient workflow.
Perform routine equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift required; overhead crane experience preferred.
Ability to safely handle large, heavy, and irregularly shaped materials.
Familiarity with manufacturing, machining, or oilfield equipment environments is a plus.
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in an industrial setting.
