Learn more at Key Responsibilities Fence Installation & Construction Measure and accurately lay out fence lines according to project specifications Dig post holes and properly set posts to ensure structural stability and longevity Install wood, vinyl, chain‑link, aluminum, and ornamental fencing systems Read measurements and follow installation plans and layouts Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently Perform site preparation, material staging, and project cleanup Jobsite Safety & Quality Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Protect customer property throughout the installation process Communicate job progress and site conditions with supervisors Teamwork & Customer Service Work closely with crew members to complete projects on schedule Provide professional customer interactions on every jobsite Address customer questions respectfully and professionally Support a positive team environment focused on quality workmanship Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of fence installation, construction, landscaping, or related outdoor labor experience preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments year‑round Experience using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials regularly Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing project needs Required Qualifications Previous fence installation experience Experience with wood, vinyl, chain‑link, or ornamental fencing systems Construction, carpentry, concrete, or landscaping experience Equipment operation experience Interest in long‑term career growth within the fencing industry Compensation & Benefits $18 – $22+ per hour (Based on Experience) Weekly Pay Cycle Performance Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Time) Referral Bonus Program Uniforms Provided Safety Equipment Provided Paid Training & Certifications Apprenticeship & Mentor Training Programs Personal Tool Replacement Program Prevailing Wage Project Opportunities Career Advancement Opportunities Schedule Full‑Time Monday–Friday Overtime opportunities available based on project demands Location Based in North Charleston, SC Projects throughout the Charleston Tri‑County area Local travel required to residential, commercial, and industrial project sites We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
