Collaborate with Michael Vilardo to refine episode structure, storytelling, and audience engagement. Identify viral moments and coordinate with the editing team on clips, thumbnails, titles, and packaging. Oversee long-form and short-form post-production workflows to ensure deadlines are met. Manage guest communications before and after recordings, including promotional assets and publishing timelines. Track YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and social performance to improve future episodes. Stay ahead of creator, podcast, and YouTube trends while continuously testing new formats and ideas.
